As a front line worker in the travel industry, I can attest to the oft-repeated comment heard from many industry workers; “Some people should NEVER travel.” I have said it myself on occasion, usually after an encounter with a difficult (or clueless) person. Rest assured, all of us can have our days and be considered a real pain when things don’t go right, but in the travel arena, it is especially obvious because travel itself is stressful.
